Best garlic parm wings I think I've ever had--and I've tried a lot of different places! The Wing Wednesday deal was amazing as well. I only discovered that discount when I went back after having wings the day before lol! I needed more of those garlic parm wings...
Went here for a work lunch with a large group of coworkers and overall, it was a good experience. Everyone enjoyed their food thoroughly and enjoyed the experience, besides the unfriendly cashier girls, who seemed very passive aggressive when we needed something. I got the classic fries with and buffalo and bleu cheese and they were delicious! They added just enough buffalo sauce, and though it was a bit light on the bleu cheese, the fries overall were still very good. The only other criticism I would have for this place is the price, if you get fries without any chicken, it really shouldn't still be $11 when a plain fry basket by itself is $4. (I will say that on the website for online ordering, No Chicken Kiki Fries are $9, but this is NOT on the physical menu in the restaurant. This sucks because that leads to non-meat eaters to be forced to pay $11 instead of $9 since we don't even know a non-meat price is available.)
Inside was nice and spacious! The dining area was clean and busy during lunch time . I took my food to go , there was a long line , one girl working the front and she was fast and efficient. OG fries - it's Ranch , buffalo sauce , and chicken over fries . My daughter said it was 5/5 2 tender and tater tots - portion of tots were huge !! I was pleasantly surprised, especially with other location skimping everything . 5/5 Habernero mango sauce 5/5
My first time at this franchise. I was surprised by the size of the restaurant. There was ample table seating and a bar, with seating as well.i ordered 6 bone in wings - 5 drummies and 1 flat. I prefer flats and would like to know if the customer can specify. Thought that since the salad was an a-la-carte item that it would be served separately; however that was not the case. It was a nice salad but my perception of a $6.99 salad was a bit more than I was given. That's just my opinion. The chicken was nicely seasoned and very crispy. A tad more salt at the end would have made it PERFECT! I took it to go and the salad and chicken were just the right amount for my lunch. Overall, I was very pleased with both the food and the pleasant service. I will return in future when I want wings rather than go to Popeyes or Church's. Kiki's cost is for pocketbook friendly and the product is incredibly good. Knocking off a star for packaging the cold salad with hot chicken.
Food is pretty good. Fast service and prices are fair. This is definitely a go to place.
I'm not a fan of buffalo sauce but because Kiki's chicken was so juicy with crispy tots, it was freakin good! Get the honey mustard sauce on the side! They really drench everything in sauce, I would recommend asking for all the sauces on the side!
Had some issues with the previous management not honoring a reward I earned on Fivestars a while back, but eventually the problem was remedied and no more complaints... Except it'll take longer to get more free rewards :) Looking forward to going back, garlic parm tastes great and as an added bonus, sticks up the office.
